THEODORE IS A TRANSFORMATIONAL AND PROGRESSIVE LEADER with varied multinational career experiences across two continents.

As a dual-qualified legal practitioner, he is an original thinker with a passion for seeking elegant solutions to intractable problems. He has over 3o years extensive experience in general corporate work including corporate acquisitions, private equity, banking, property, tax and trust transactions; having worked in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Africa. Theodore has worked as part of a team alongside “Magic Circle Law Firms”.

His previous roles in Ghana include Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary for Opportunity International and Vodafone Ghana. 

 Theodore also worked as a Solicitor for two of the largest law firms in  Guernsey in the Channel Islands;  and as the Managing Director for Lewisham Law Centre in the UK.

At the Family Office Africa,  Theodore has overall responsibility for the multidisciplinary consultancy firm, which specialises in Strategy, Leadership, Governance and Legal Advisory services for Multinationals, Family Businesses and C-Suite Executives in Africa. 

Theodore is a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales. He is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana

Theodore holds an LLB degree, MBA from University of Manchester.  He is also a qualified Certified Trust and Estate Practitioner with a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk and Compliance via the International Compliance Association. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Leadership.  Theodore currently acts as Advisor to numerous boards. He has been engaged in training over a thousand leaders including hundreds of CEOs across Africa.
He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Ghana and a member of the Institute of Directors in England.
